Jo was exceptional and really made our special day so much more special. She was extremely helpful in the planning process and kept us on track with all the items we needed to be prepared. She provided lots of details and options up front and let us personalize as we liked best. She asked great questions prior to our wedding day to ensure she had material to make the day catered to us specifically. Although we met her for the first time on the day of our wedding, she felt like part of group from the first moment we met. It felt like having an old friend officiate our day and we had really only just met. It was very thoughtful and personalized and unique and had us all laughing and crying and smiling the entire day. Even my mom said to me after ” Wow, I just love Jo. She really made that experience extra special for everyone included” I think my mom would have liked to be friends with Jo if we lived in Italy. I cant say enough about Jo’s service and her kindness and warmth the entire day. We are so grateful for your time.
