It may be devised to be as serious as a church or city hall wedding, but with the key elements replaced by the words and the music that are special to you. It can be as romantic and creative as you wish, and be held in gardens, castles, villas, or beaches.

CASA CORNACCHI
A CHARMING HAMLET NEAR BUCINE RUN BY TWO KIND AND PROPER PEOPLE, BARBARA AND GIACOMO
Both always very kind and helpful, despite the very long working season. In the years, I have held several weddings here and despite some threatening clouds, it never rained. Definitely a great contribution to this beautiful venue! The venue offers self-catered apartments, and their restaurant is open three evenings a week. Don’t miss the wonderful swimming pool with a view!
CASTELLO DI MELETO
A BEAUTIFUL CASTLE IN THE HEART OF CHIANTI TO CELEBRATE AN UNFORGETTABLE CEREMONY
The Castle, located near Gaiole in the heart of Chianti, dates back to the 13th century, but doesn’t show its age thanks to the young, tireless Katia Mastrandrea, event manager at the castle. Over the years, we have celebrated several wedding ceremonies in this eclectic venue that offers all kinds of spaces that become very flexible to adjust to the weather. The Castle’s fabulous wines can be tasted in the dedicated wine cellar; Meleto also offers great accommodation in the castle and in the apartments spread out over the property.
CASTELLO DEL TREBBIO
AN ENCHANTING VENUE FOR YOUR CEREMONY IN THE CHIANTI COUNTRYSIDE
I started working with Alberto Peroni, the person in charge of the tourist activities at the Castle, early in my career as a celebrant. I was impressed by Alberto’s serene eyes, showing his friendly availability. All the couples I sugggested the castle for their wedding ceremony, wedding dinner and accommodation in the charming farmhouses around the castle loved him. As I never tire saying, the Castle would not be the same without Alberto. Simone Gronchi, chef of the wonderful restaurant La Sosta del Gusto, and Sabrina Perini, event manager, are the most valuable contribution to the success of this venue.
TERRE DI NANO
GIORGIO IS A REAL CHEF AND HIS PRECIOUS ASSISTANT BENEDETTA IS NO DIFFERENT.
I’ve worked for Terre di Nano as a celebrant for their countless weddings, but was finally able to spend 4 days as a patron, and it exceeded my expectations on all terms. The food, which I had only smelled before, is out of this world, Giorgio is a true chef and his valuable assistant Benedetta is no less. Breakfast is something to look forward to after you wake up in the super-comfy beds. We fell in love with the juicer and the bounty of fruit and veggies they offer. Benedetta’s yummy, different cake every morning, eggs, Giorgio’s home-made bread. The incredibly helpful ladies serving breakfast and cleaning the room, so it would be fresh when we got back from breakfast and then headed to the two lovely pools! Ilaria is Terre di Nano’s fairy, adorable and always ready to help. But the top of it all was the romantic dinner they organized for us under the fairy lights, with Oana’s flower centerpiece she made especially for us. I will be hard to go back as a “simple” celebrant…
VILLA PITIANA
NOT FAR FROM FLORENCE, THIS VENUE OFFERS BEAUTIFUL GROUNDS FOR YOUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION, AS WELL AS COZY ACCOMMODATION.
We have celebrated several wedding ceremonies through the years in this fantastic villa with an exceptional view over the Arno valley, just a30-minute drive from Florence. Run by the excellent Emanuela Nobile, the villa also offers a fine restaurant run by the talented chef Mario Perone, and supported by the villa’s staff. The many rooms and apartments reflect the villa’s style, always showing an unmistakable style.
VILLA MEDICEA DI LILLIANO
ONE OF THE LOVELIEST MEDICI VILLAS IN THE OUTSKIRTS OF FLORENCE HAS OPENED IN 2015.
Located on a hill overlooking Florence, and Brunelleschi’s dome, in the heart of the Chianti Colli Fiorentini, the Villa Medicea di Lilliano opened in August 2015 and has already welcomed several happy couples to celebrate their special day amidst the Tuscan hills. Eric Veroliemeulen’s special attention, the beautiful spaces, and elegantly renovated residences make the Villa a dream come true. Check out the historic Granaio Banquet Room and the renovated 15th century Limonaia Banquet Hall, and don’t forget to taste the lovely wines and olive oil the Malenchini family, owners since 1836, produces on the premises.
