HANDFASTING RITUAL

One of the rituals our couples are more likely to select is the handfasting, also knows as the knot. The celebrant ties the wrists of the couple in a ritual that is thought to be the oldest one in European history, as it dates back to the Celt’s traditions.
The knot ties together all the desires, dreams, love, and happiness wished for the lives of the newlywed, and it symbolizes the act of holding tight to one another through both good times and bad.
