We honestly could not have asked for a better celebrant.
We hired Sofia to officiate our elopement in Tuscany, and we honestly could not have asked for a better celebrant. Our ceremony was so personalized and touching, that my husband asked for me to request a transcript of our ceremony, for him to keep and be able to revisit whenever we wanted. Sofia was so warm and welcoming, it felt like we had known her for years prior, even though we had only met in person on the day of our elopement. I could not recommend Sofia and the rest of Tuscan Pledges for anyone’s ceremony; the person that officiates your ceremony can make or break the whole experience and day, and Sofia made our day even more memorable than we could have imagined. She gifted us with unexpected yet beautiful memories, including a beautiful hand ritual that I will forever have engrained in my memories. Thank you Sofia, and Jo, from the bottom of both our hearts, we are indebted to you for making our day truly fairy-tale like. I only wish I could marry again, to have you at our ceremony again! All we can say is that Jo went above and beyond our expectations ! From the start we were very nervous choosing an officiant whom we had never met prior however Jo felt like family from day 1! She was so thorough getting to know all about our lives, how we met, what made us the couple we are. Throughout the way including choosing the ceremony , special ways to make our ceremony different and even a voluntary questionnaire she sent us it was just incredible. Jo showed up to our special day early by making sure everyone knew exactly what they needed to do . Jo even helped fix my veil during the ceremony since none of our bridal party was with us. We cannot say enough about how highly we recommended Tuscan Pledges but we’re brought to tears by Jo’s words she wrote for our special day. Thank you , we are truly and eternally grateful for you!! From the moment we were introduced to Jo, she made us feel so incredibly special. Jo is so lovely, warm, attentive, interested and informative. We felt totally clear on what to expect, what we needed the provide and the feel of our upcoming ceremony. She asked us a few questions beforehand and shaped the ceremony around the answers. She was really accessible and responsive when we had questions and even offered to print the readings & vows for us and our friends. We knew we were in safe hands with Jo! Personalized and Intimate Tuscan Wedding ft. Our Dog Theo
Jo Bertolino was such a pleasure to work with! She made sure to make the ceremony intimate and personal to reflect our personality as a couple, and even suggested a great way to include our dog, Theo, in the ceremony! We had 80 of our closest friends and family fly into Tuscany from New York and California, and we’re truly pleased with how the ceremony set the tone for the wedding and overall trip to Italy!
