We had the pleasure of working with Tuscan Pledges for our wedding at the Villa Medicea in Lilliano on 30.5.24 and we couldn’t recommend them more highly! We worked with Jo and Janneke who were able to deliver exactly what we hoped for: an extremely personal ceremony that allowed our guests to get an image of our love. Having Italian and English-speaking guests, Jo and Janneke wrote parts of the ceremony in both languages to honor both our families. During the preparation, Jo sent us questions about our relationship that were really fun to answer and helped us reflect on our story so that it was much easier to write personal vows as well. She met us several times via zoom, which gave us the feeling that she really knew us as a couple. It is obvious that they are the reference celebrants in Tuscany because all our suppliers, organizers, and the villa knew them and worked with them many times, which made us even more confident in their abilities. Janneke was our celebrant and did a great job delivering a personalized, emotional and thoughtful ceremony. We had to delay the ceremony due to rain and were a bit worried and stressed, but Janneke’s calming presence immediately helped us relax and enjoy the moment. We cried throughout the event and I am sure that our guests did the same: we received so many comments that this was the best ceremony they had ever been a part of. Everyone has been raving about her delivery at the ceremony, even months later. We were so fortunate to work with the Tuscan Pledges team. They have given us a special gift that we will cherish forever.
